Tourism Authority proposes policy on human resource development 

The National Tourism Authority has proposed the development of a national policy on human resource development in the industry.  

This is to address gaps in the quality of human resource requirements in the sector.  

Speaking at the opening of the 2nd National Tourism and Hospitality Exhibition Conference and Career Fair in Accra, the Chief Human Resource Officer, Kwasi Anim Larbi said the tourism industry employs thousands of people directly and indirectly and so must  be given the needed attention.
