Expert says challenging situation of business climate for 2014 will change in 2015 if Gov’t invests in project facility factory An infrastructure and Project Development Expert, Bismark Ayitey, says although the business environment and climate for 2014 was challenging there is hope that the situation will change this year if government invests more in project facility development. Speaking to radio Ghana on the business climate in retrospect, he said the government has shown enormous interest in infrastructure Development over the years especially in road infrastructure, schools and the Housing sub-sector. According to him, the huge investments being made in infrastructure development is promising. On the way forward, Mr Ayitey called for development policy direction supported by consistent funding to execute projects on time in order to manage risk factors associated with delays in prosecuting huge projects.
