Private Developer Ordered To Stop Work On Parcel Of Land At Comm.7 Green belt In Tema The Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation has ordered the developer of the Tema Community Seven Green Belt to immediately stop construction on the said parcel of land. This follows a meeting between the Ministry and the Management of the Environmental Protection Agency over a petition from the residents of Valco Park area at Tema Community Seven against the illegal development of the Green Belt. In a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer, Alhaji Zakari Musah the Ministry says it wants to put on record that the developer does not have a permit from EPA to undertake any development whatsoever in the Green Belt.
