Police And Military Restore Peace At Alavanyo


A combined team of Military and Police has restored calm to Alavanyo following the shooting of two people on their farms on Friday November 28, 2014.  

The shooting led to the death of one person and injured another. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Hohoe Divisional Commander, Joseph Gyau said though they are on the ground to maintain peace, law and order, residents of  both Alavanyo and Nkonga must avoid going out alone.

They should always move in groups so as to avoid any reprisal attacks.
