AG's Dept Directs Banks to Expedite Workers Salaries  


A Deputy Director in Charge of Salaries at the Controller and Accountant General's Department, Andrew Kunfe, says November salaries of public and civil servants on government pay roll have been released to the Central Bank for onward transmission to the Commercial Banks.

Mr. Kunfe told Radio Ghana the operations of the Department have not changed.

The department is still keeping to its payment schedule.

He asked all Banks to expedite action on salaries to provide relief to workers.
