Ketu South MCE expresses joy at construction of railway line between Ghana and Togo The Municipal Chief Executive for Ketu South, Pascal Lamptey, has expressed joy at the construction of a rail line between Ghana and Togo. Yesterday, President Mahama and his Togolese counterpart, Faure Gnassingbe inaugurated a three kilometre rail line from Aflao to the Lome Port. Speaking to Radio Ghana on the importance of the project to the Municipality, Mr Lamptey said it will contribute substantially to the Assembly's revenue. On congestion at the Aflao lorry park, Mr Lamptey said, work on phase one of a project to expand and pave the park is about 95%. GBC
