Expert describes visit of Togolese President to Ghana as positive for ECOWAS Integration An International Relations and Security Expert, Irbard Ibrahim says he is enthused by the 3-day State Visit of Togolese President Faure Gnassingbé to Ghana. He said both countries have enjoyed strong bilateral relations, although some frosty pages have been experienced over the years. Assessing the visit, Mr Ibrahim noted that it is timely, and above all an avenue to cement existing ties. He said apart from strengthening some ECOWAS protocols, sectors such as health, transport and economics have been discussed highly by the two leaders. GBC
