Bolgatanga: Regional Festival Of Arts And Culture Marked

The Upper East Regional festival of Arts and Culture has been marked in Bolgatanga with the inauguration of a regional advisory committee. 

The committee is to ensure that the region is well represented at the National Festival of Arts and Culture, to be hosted in Sunyani this year.
