Mike Ocquaye Opposes Power Sharing, Winner-Takes-All System Of Governance

A leading member of the NPP, Professor Mike Oquaye says though he is against the winner Takes All system of governance, he does not support power sharing. 

He said rather other institutions need to be strengthened so as not to concentrate many powers in the President.

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Professor Oquaye criticized the situation where the President appoints the Electoral Commissioner.
