Six detained National Service Directors granted bail

The six National Service Directors who were arrested in connection with the ongoing investigations into the GH¢ 7.9 million scandal have been granted bail. 

They are the Greater Accra regional Director Seth Asiedu, Eastern region - Nana Fosu Amankwa, Alhaji Shaibu Abiru - Northern, George Naanwinyell Dasah - Upper East, Gabriel Nyorkeh - Volta, and Michael Tottime Western Region.

Their lawyer, Egbert Faible sued government over their continuous detention saying it is illegal and unconstitutional for them to be held for more than forty eight hours.
