IEA calls for relocation of EC strong room to an open location to ensure transparency

The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) has called for a change
in the Electoral Commission strong room.

This in the IEA's view is to ensure transparency, credibility and acceptability of the results.

A Research fellow of the IEA, Dr Ransford Gyampo, said the collation centre should be relocated and be open to the public to avoid any negative perception, Dr. Gyampo stated this on Radio Ghana
