Need to create efficient, effective and sustainable procurement system reiterated

The Chief Executive of the Public Procurement Authority, Samuel Sallas – Mensah, has reiterated the need to create an efficient, effective and sustainable procurement system that will promote national development. 

Speaking at the launch of a nationwide training programme for both public and private entities on sustainable public procurement at Dodowa, Mr Sallas - Mensah said the training when applied will address environmental, social and economic consequences of public procurement actions on the nation.
