Government to revamp TOR to reap benefits from energy value chain.

Mr. Armah Kofi Buah said government has taken steps to
revamp the refinery. He noted that a strategic investor is being
brought in to partner the company, but added that the facility is not
up for sale. The lack of activity at the Tema Oil Refinery was one of
the major concerns raised by Organised Labour when they embarked on a
