Chief Of Otiso-Ado Wrongfully Received Compensation.

A Chemical  Engineer from Pai in the Volta  Region  who is based in  the  US , Dr. Michael Gyamerah  says  the Chief of Otiso-Ado Nkwanta , Nana Obeng Acheampong  wrongfully  received compensation of  over  two hundred and  eighty thousand Ghana cedis for  the  affected people in the  Volta Basin flooded areas.  

He said according to the tradition of the Pai area no individual owns land and therefore the money belongs to the people.  

Dr.  Gyamerah said this when he appeared before the Judgement Debt Commission in Accra today/yesterday.
