NHIA begins Biometric Registration in Ashanti Region

The  Ashanti  Regional Office of the  National Health Insurance  Authority, today  began the  biometric registration  for both  fresh  and  old  members  in the system. 

Five  districts, Asokwa in Kumasi, Ahafo-Ano North, Ahafo-Ano South, Atwima  Mponua and  Nwabiagya  are  starting  the  project, while  the  other districts will join later.

The  Subin Sub-Metro Public Relation Officer of the National Health Insurance  Scheme, Joseph Sarkodie made this  known in an  interview  with  our  Ashanti Regional correspondent  Thomas Nsowah Adjei.
