Nii Osah Mills Outlines Measures To Address Galamsey Menace

The Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, designate Nii Osah Mills has outlined a number of measures he will institute to address the galamsey menace when given the nod.  

Appearing before the vetting committee of parliament today, Nii Osah Mills mentioned sensitisation of indigenes, setting up of more offices of the Minerals Commission and the EPA at the district level.

On land tenure system and disputes, Nii Osah Mills said he will push for the training of more surveyors to properly carry out mapping of lands in the country.
