Ghana to host YU Zhensheng in May

The newly appointed Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, CPPCC, Yu Zhensheng is expected in the country in May this year. 

The CPPCC is one of the highest political advisory bodies of China.

The desire of Mr. Yu to visit Ghana was mentioned by  the Chinese Ambassador to Ghana, Gong Jianzhong when he called on the Speaker, Edward Adjaho at Parliament House. 

The Chinese Ambassador also donated  98 computers, 10 LCD TVs and peripherial machines to Parliament.
  
Briefing the Parliamentary Press Corps after the donation, the Head of Public Affairs of Parliament, Jones Kugblenu said the donation is in fulfillment of promises made by two separate Chinese delegations to the country last year.
