Lawyer on application by 327 voters to join election petition

A Private Legal Practitioner, Abraham Amaleba, says the rule of natural justice requires that the voters who appeared at the Supreme Court yesterday to file a joinder to the NPP petition against the President were given hearing. 

Speaking to GBC's Radio Ghana on yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, Mr. Amaleba said the counsel of the voters can still take a separate action for their case to be heard.
