The Daily Graphic calls on regulatory bodies such as the Minerals Commission to apply laws on illegal activities. This, the paper believes will make it impossible for people to carry out these activities in all sectors of the economy.  According to the paper, foreigners have abused the hospitality of Ghanaians and have taken over the market. To the paper, some of these foreigners do not respect the laws of the country and engage in activities that infringe the constitution of the land. The Graphic calls on the government to deal decisively with lawless elements in the country so that law abiding citizens can operate in a peaceful environment. 

The Today expresses worry about reports of military brutalities which have become the order of the day. The Paper cited an incident on March 6th, when some military men assaulted a press photographer reporter and three policemen. To the paper, even if someone breached the law, it expected the military to be disciplined enough to think and choose the most appropriate solution that, excluding physical assault on the offending party. The paper calls on the military high command to take a serious view at this issue and apply appropriate sanctions to serve as a deterrent to similar happenings in future. 

The Ghanaian Times discusses the Mental Health Bill which was passed last year.  According to the Paper, the general feeling is that the passage of the Bill will tackle the numerous challenges facing mental health care in the country. However with the passing of the bill many were of the view that the problems facing Mental Health will be over but that is not the case. The Paper therefore urges the government to ensure that the bill which has been passed is implemented.
