Mandela in hospital for check-up
Office of the South African President say Former President Nelson Mandela  has been admitted to hospital for a scheduled medical check-up on Saturday afternoon.

A statement from the presidency say "Doctors are conducting tests and have indicated that there is no reason for any alarm

According to the statement, the check-up was to manage existing conditions that came at his age and appealing for privacy for Madiba and his family.
