President Mills inaugurates Cocoa Processing Factory in Sekondi-Takoradi President John Evans Atta Mills has inaugurated a $40m cocoa processing factory at Mpintsin Kojokrom in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis. Plot Enterprise Ghana Limited is at the moment processing 32,000 metric tones of cocoa annually into liquor, butter and cake. The company currently employs 120 Ghanaians and is wholly owned by a Ghanaian woman, Patricia Poku-Diaby, who is also the Chairman and Chief Executive of the company. President Mills said his government's coordinated development is to transform the economy for accelerated growth and job creation. President Mills said the establishment of the Cocoa Manufacturing company is to add value and create jobs for the people is a demonstration of the ingenuity of the Ghanaian. GBC
