Interior Ministry Declares September 1, Statutory Public Holiday

The Ministry of Interior has declared September 1, 2017, a public holiday. That's according to a statement copied to the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, (GBC) in Accra .
The statement, issued and signed by the Interior Minister, Ambrose Dery, said the day which marks Eid al-Adha, is a statutory public holiday and must be observe as such throughout the country.
