The Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection, Otiko Afisah Djaba has called on stakeholders and policy makers to involve women in decision on the peace and security making processes.
This is because during conflicts, women and children are the most traumatised, making their participation crucial to peace building.
Madam Otiko Djaba said this in a message to a Sensitization and Review workshop on the Ghana National Action Plan for Security Agencies.
It was organised by the Women, Peace and Security Institute of the KAIPTC.
