Ministry to rehabilitate roads
Joe Gidisu

The Ministry of Roads and Highways is to embark on short to long term programmes to rehabilitate all roads that have been damaged by the recent floods in the country. This is to be done under an emergency exercise with resources from the road fund.

The sector Minister, Joe Gidisu told Radio Ghana that the recent rain in parts of the city have exposed the quality of work by construction firms.

According to him this therefore calls for an extension of all weather roads to every part of the country.

He spoke to Kpakpo Bruce.
