MP for Kpone advises peaceful Homowo
The MP for Kpone Katamanso, Nii Laryea Afotey-Agbo, has advised the youth of Kpone to put aside party inclinations and promote peace and development in the area.  He said the locality can only develop if they see themselves as one people championing a common ambition.  Mr. Afotey-Agbo gave the advice at a youth fun games as part of activities to usher in the Homowo. 

He donated a bull, five bags of rice and 20 crates of drinks among other assorted items, worth GHC1,100.  He explained that the donation is aimed at fostering unity among the youth of the community.  The MP urged the youth not to allow politicians to divide their front since it is through unity that developmental projects can be ushered into the town. 

Nii Laryea Afotey-Agbo advised the youth whose main occupation is farming and fishing to desist from unprotected sex since they could be affected with all kinds of sexually transmitted diseases. He urged them to celebrate the Homowo in peace and not indulge in activities that will put their future in jeopardy since they are the future leaders of the nation.
