‘Ghana is covered with sin’ - Rev. Seidu Sumaila

The Assistant General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, Rev. Seidu Sumaila, says the entire country is covered with sin because churches have failed to radiate the light of God’s Holy Spirit.  He noted that the increase in crimes such as murder armed robbery, drug abuse and sexual impropriety is due to the failure of Christians to tell the truth and the commercialization of the gospel.

Rev. Sumaila was the Guest Speaker at a service to mark the 10th Anniversary of the Calvary Love Workshop Centre of the Assemblies of God at Akim Oda Old Town in the Eastern Region.

Rev. Sumaila said it is only when people honestly radiate the light of truth and honesty that they can elect a good leader to govern the nation and a parliament that will enact laws with a human face.
