KIA causes confusion at it's baggage reclaim hall
The Baggage Reclaim Hall of the Kotoka International Airport last night experienced a scene of total confusion as a result of the malfunctioning of the two major conveyor belts in the arrival lounge.  Our correspondent at the Airport says the hall was thrown into a scene of commotion and congestion as travelling bags of hundreds of passengers had to be off loaded unto a minor belt.

Officialsaid the two bigger belts have been suffering intermittent breakdowns for sometime now.  They said the problem is technical and needs the replacement of some vital parts which are not readily available and must be procured from abroad.
