Agogo finally completes Zamalek deal
Ghana striker Junior Agogo has finally completed a US$1.1m move from Nottingham Forrest to Zamalek, the latter confirmed the deal on Wednesday. Zamalek spokesman Khaled Gabr said that the forward signed a three-year-deal with the Whites and will be unveiled at a press conference on Thursday. The announcement follows a series of blurred speculation, which saw Agogo hesitating on the move in more than one occasion.

The 29-year-old will receive US$550,000 as an annual salary, with a minimum fee release clause of US$1.1m.

Agogo hit three goals in four 2010 World Cup qualifiers so far, as Ghana lead Group 5 with a better goal difference than Libya.

The muscular forward also scored some vital goals in the 2008 African Cup of Nations, where the Black Stars finished third.
