Chiefs urged to support revenue mobilistation effort
The District Chief Executive for Ketu North in the Volta Region, Togbi Awusu has appealed to chiefs in the area to compliment the revenue mobilization efforts of the new Assembly for the development of the district.  Togbi Awusu made the appeal during separate calls on the chiefs and elders of the four traditional areas of the district, Wheta, Afife, Penyi and Dzodze. 

It was also to solicit their support and cooperation in the development of the area.  On behalf of his colleagues, the Paramount Chief of the Afife Traditional Area, Togbi Adrakpanya thanked President Kufuor for the choice of Togbi Awusu as DCE for the area and urged Togbi Awusu not to be detracted from his vision for the district and instead concentrate on alleviating the plight of the people. 

Togbi Adrakpanya assured the DCE that his doors as well as those of this other colleague chiefs are open pledging that the people would give him the needed support to be able to deliver the goods.
