Rubber has been identified as not only a foreign exchange earner, but an avenue to create jobs and enhance the lives of farmers.

The Human Resource and Agriculture Manager at Ghana Rubber Estates Limited, GREL, Joseph Garbrah, was speaking at the companies presentation of Year 2011 dividends to government in Accra.

He said the need to cultivate other crops is long overdue and the time for cultivation is now.
