One GTV'S journalists, who has had a long attachment with late President Mills is Napoleon Atto Kittoe. He was assigned to the presidency at the age of 23, when President Rawlings was re-elected in 1996 with Mr Atta Mills as his Vice-Presidential Candidate. In the following report, Napoleon Atto Kittoe recounts some of the highlights of his official engagements with late President Mills, from 1997 to 2000, and then from 2009 till date.
