Expert lauds passage of Public Health Bill

A former Director General of Ghana Health Service, Professor Agyemang Badu-Akorsah has also lauded Parliament for passing the Public Health Bill.

Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana, Prof. Akorsah suggested banning the sale of cigarette sticks in the country.

This is because unlike the pack, the sticks do not have the inscription "Smoking Can be Harmful to your Health", which serves as a warning to consumers.
