Ex FONKAR members pledge to resist Nana Konadu’s new party
Former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawling
Former Members of FONKAR say they will resist all attempts by the former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, to destroy the legacy of her husband J. J. Rawlings with the formation of her yet to be registered party, the NDP.

They have therefore cautioned Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings and the other remaining members of the defunct FONKAR to desist from the politics of attrition aimed at destablising the NDC or risk being exposed.

Addressing a news conference in Accra, the former Communications Director of FONKAR, Dela Cofie, said the task of the leadership and members of the NDC, is to preserve the party from either internal or external detractions.

This, he said, will enable them to focus on the job of protecting the legacy of Rawlings.
