Candidates vying for Wulensi seat seriously campaigning despite move to place ban on by-election

Candidates vying for the Wulensi seat are said to be seriously campaigning despite their parities move to get the court to place an injunction on the by-election.

Seven people are said to have picked up forms for the Wulensi seat.

The Northern Regional Director of the EC Slyvester Kanyi tells Radio Ghana that the Electoral Commission will go ahead with preparations for the by-election until the court takes it decision.

The DCE for Wulensi Seidu Hamid confirmed that the candidates are indeed campaigning and said Wulensi is calm and ready for the by-election.
