The Board Chairman of the NDC's Heroes fund James Victor Gbeho has justified the establishment of the fund.

Speaking at a fund raising dinner, he said the history of the party has been replete by painful misfortunes to a number of party faithful either through motor accidents or unforeseeable circumstances.

He said the establishment of the fund is a social responsibility the party owes its faithful who find themselves in difficult circumstances.
