President of the Confederation of African Football, Issa Hayatou, has on behalf of the sport body and African football expressed shock at the death of Jordan Anagblah, Vice President of the Ghana Football Association.

Anagblah passed away on Thursday morning (June 14) in Accra after a short illness. He was 55.

“On my behalf, the CAF Executive Committee and African football family, I expressed my condolences to the Ghana Football Association, his family. Our thoughts are with you during this sad moment.

“This is a big blow to Ghana football as he was a doyen of youth football,” said Hayatou.
