Stakeholders operating at the Tema Port have been urged to comply with the World Trade Organization's(WTO's) General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs and adhere to the requirements regarding the submission of documentations for the clearing of goods at the port.

The Corporate Service Manager of Gateway Services Limited, Mrs. Ama Addo, attributed delays and congestion at the Tema Port to non-compliance to the clearing regulations and requirement by clearing agents and other stakeholders.
