Govt, RLG to train 5000 disabled persons in ICT
Five thousand persons livings with disability (PWDs) are to benefit from free training in I.C.T across the country.

The programme is a collaboration between government and RLG Communications, a Ghana owned Company.

The initial five thousand persons will be equipped with skills in information technology, computer repairs and assembling as well as mobile phones repairs.

Trainees will be entitled to weekly allowance to facilitate their movement to the training centres.


Vice president John Mahama, who inaugurated the project called on the Private Sector to diversify their training model to benefits the disabled.
