Govt secures funds to complete Eastern Corridor roads

Minister of Roads and Highways, Joe Gidisu
The Minister of Roads and Highways, Joe Gidisu, has re-affirmed government's commitment to complete work on the Eastern Corridor roads.

Earlier, the Volta Regional Chairman of the NPP, Ken wood Nuworsu took a swipe at government accusing it of not being committed to the project and that it is only being used as a bait for votes.

Mr Gidisu however told GBC’s Radio Ghana that, those comments are misplaced, insisting that government has secured funding for the roads.
