Nduom sues Ghana Free Zones boss for libel

The founder and flagbearer of the Progressive Peoples Party, PPP, in the December elections, Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, has sued the Chief Executive of the Ghana Free Zones Board, Kojo Tsum Boafo for Libel.

Dr. Nduom in a statement of claim, said, the false and reckless pronouncement by Mr. Tsum Boafo on an Accra based Radio Station on the 5th of this month, has caused serious damage to his reputation.
