The Daily Graphic discusses the challenges associated with land administration in the country. The paper sees the launch of the second phase of the Ghana Land
Administrations Project LAP-2 as something that will help in addressing the land challenges in the country. The Graphic believes multiple sales of lands and the use of land guards still persist in communities which are beneficiaries of the first phase. The paper says most of these problems are as a result of the collusion and connivance of officials of the commission and the survey Department.
