EC considers extending biometric voters registration

The EC says it is taking the necessary steps to capture as many eligible voters as possible in the on-going biometric registration.

It may however consider extending the exercise but a decision will be made after May 5.

Deputy Chairman of the EC in Charge of Operations, Sarfo Kantanka, disclosed this in Accra at a review facilitated by KAB Governance Consult on the first and second phases of the Biometric Voter Registration in the Greater Accra Region.
