Teachers are central focus of government: Ayariga
Deputy Minister of Education, Mahama Ayariga, says teachers remain central to government's quest to improve the quality of education in Ghana.

Speaking at the ongoing Third Ghana Policy Fair, Mr. Ayariga said, a lot is being done to better the condition of teachers.

He cited the implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy as an example, insisting that in some areas, the salaries of workers have increased by 100 percent.
