Blue Rose Limited has recently won the African Real Estate and Housing Finance Award (AREHF) for best Low Income/Affordable Housing in Africa.

This award ceremony has been created by the African Real Estate and Housing Finance (AREHF) Academy, a leading resource center for the development of real estate and housing finance in the African region.

The awards event was designed to appreciate those who have put in reasonable and measurable efforts in boosting the real estate and housing finance market in the African region.

The awards are to expose the entire world to the huge potential of this sub-sector in Africa. It is also an opportunity to recognize and showcase these same people/organizations who have concluded significant real estate and housing deals.

This can serve as a motivation and stimulant to other organizations in the region and outside the region to commit to the development of the industry.

While there was an Advisory Board for the awards, the industry itself nominated and voted for the recipient in the different awards categories. The award is aimed to be the most prestigious in the subsector in the region.

All nominations were considered and selected by the Awards Advisory Board and the finalists were subjected to industry vote in the region.

Nominations were for the achievements done between January 1st 2008 and December 30th, 2011.

The finalists that were voted for by the Advisory Board looked for execution of exceptional transactions and projects that have made huge contributions to the social, economic and developmental wellbeing of the peoples and countries in the region.
