The Daily Graphic calls on government to replicate the Policy Fair in all districts to bring its executed development projects to the doorsteps of the local people. To the Graphic, the fair provides an appropriate avenue for discussions on various policy issues in specific sectors of the economy and affords participants the opportunity to explain and deliberate on how far the country has come with regard to the provision of the necessary infrastructure for economic development. The paper believes that pursuing such events at the local level will afford the people in the localities the opportunity to question officials on the authenticity of any claims.

The Ghanaian Times supports the directives by the Minister of Education, Lee Ocran to place an embargo on the construction of new structures for schools throughout the country, this year. This, the paper notes will enable the Ministry to rehabilitate all deplorable structures of schools. According to the paper, the Minster's worry about the many uncompleted buildings including non performance by contractors leading to overcrowding is not misplaced.
