Foreign dignitaries pay last respect to late President Mills
The President of Togo Faure Gnassingbe says the death of Professor Mills is a big blow not only to Ghana but Africa as a whole.

He said Professor Atta Mills was like a father to him.

President Gnassingbe said this when he paid his last respect to the late President.

The Special Envoy of the Sudanese President Oman Al Bashir, Dr Mustapha Usman Ismael praised the peaceful transition of political power following the death of Professor Atta Mills.

This he said is a signal that democracy is taking root in Africa.
