Accra Poly students to acquire entrepreneurial skills
A pilot training project on textiles and designs has started at the Accra Polytechnic.  The project is aimed at equipping students and lecturers with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge to meet demands of the industrial market. The Project Director and lecturer, Francis Amenakpor made this known at a fashion show organized by the Department   of Fashion Design and Textiles of the Polytechnic.  

He said the training would enhance creativity and innovation for school leavers to maximize productivity.  The training project is funded by the Dutch government at a cost of 650 thousand Euros. According to Mr. Amenakpor the project will be extended to other Polytechnics.
