The National Association of Teachers, GNAT has called on the Ghana Education Service to tap the wealth of experience of retired educationists for the benefit of the service.  This it said, could be done by organizing them into panels of writers to develop textbooks and supplementary readers for schools and also as resource persons for in-service training courses for both GNAT and the Ghana Education Service.  The General Secretary of GNAT, Irene Duncan Adanusa made the call at a symposium organized by the National Association of Retired Educationists in Takoradi.
