Mole National Park not under threat
The Management of the Mole National Park has stepped up patrols to halt any encroachment following the construction of the Fulfulso Damongo highway.

The move is also an attempt to avert any possible attack on wildlife in the reserve.

The Manager of the Park, Dubiure Omaru Farouk who spoke to Radio Ghana on recent developments at the Park, said following the construction of the new highway, permit has been granted a contractor to fell trees that will obstruct the project, therefore, the logging is being done outside the park.
