A two-storey building around the Asafo Interchange in the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi is sinking by the minute.
Panicked traders have moved their wares out of the five-year-old building which houses 12 shops at one of the busiest locations in the capital.
The building is located behind the railway station and sitting on the Subin river drainage at the Fante New Town area.
Reports say the Ghana National Fire Service and officers from the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) have been to the scene to evacuate traders and shop owners.
The building has since been cordoned off.
